The record
This note describes how mobile apps made by SENSE ADVISORS LTD handle information. The apps are built for iOS and for Android from one plan. The note is a field record: which marks are cut, which marks are refused, and who may receive a letter if you write to the studio.
The developer responsible for the apps and for this note is SENSE ADVISORS LTD. When the note says “the developer” or “the studio,” it means that name. The website you are reading does not run a store of user profiles behind the page.
Singular
The apps use Singular for attribution. Attribution answers a narrow question: which introduction led to an install. Singular receives the unique id and the attribution signal required to answer that question. It is not given a name, an email address, a phone number, a contact list, or a precise location from these apps.
The studio does not use attribution to sketch a person. A campaign result is a count tied to an installation id, not a diary of someone who uses the product. If Singular’s own tools offer broader features, this product does not switch them on in order to collect a profile.
OneSignal
Push notifications are delivered with OneSignal. OneSignal receives the unique id and the technical material needed to route a notification to the installation that carries that id. A notification is a message from the product to the device. It is not a channel between users, and it is not a place where one person can address another.
OneSignal is not given a portrait of the person holding the phone. The apps do not attach a name, an email address, a phone number, contacts, or a precise location to the push record. If you ignore or dismiss a notification, that choice is not turned into a profile entry shared with other users.
The assistant
An app may include an in-app assistant that talks with the user. The assistant is not a human. It does not sit in the studio waiting to reply, and it does not offer professional advice. That includes legal, medical, and financial advice. A confident sentence from the assistant is not a professional opinion you should rely on.
What a person writes is used only to produce the reply. The text is not passed to other users. It is not published, not dropped into another person’s session, and not kept as material for a personal profile. Closing the conversation does not leave a record the next user can open. Do not send secrets, account passwords, or another person’s private material to the assistant. If such text is sent anyway, it is still only part of the reply exchange described here. It is not added to a profile and not shared.
No exchange between users
The apps are not a place where users send personal data to each other. There is no directory of people, no shared inbox, and no hand-off of one person’s words to another person’s device. If two people install the same product, their sessions stay separate. Nothing in the product introduces them.
The unique id distinguishes installations for attribution and for push. It is not a social identifier. It cannot be used, inside these apps, to look up another user, to message them, or to see what they wrote to the assistant.
No personal profile
The apps do not build a personal profile. They do not ask for a name, an email address, a phone number, a contact list, or a precise location, and they are not built to store those things as a description of a person. The product can be used without handing over that kind of identity.
Do not volunteer those details to the assistant in the hope that they will improve a later visit. They will not be filed under your name, because there is no such file. The absence of a profile is a limit we keep, not a gap we intend to fill later with quieter collection.
The unique id
The only identifying item in the product is a unique id. It exists so Singular can attribute an install and so OneSignal can deliver a push notification to the right installation. It is not a name. In these apps it is not tied to an address book, to an email account, or to a point on a map.
The id may persist on the device so that attribution and push continue to refer to the same installation. Clearing the app or reinstalling can change what the device presents. That change does not create a profile, and it does not connect you to anyone else who uses the product.
Emails sent to the developer
If you write to the studio, you do it by email. The contact page opens your own mail client. This website does not run a server that receives the form. The message goes to the developer through whatever mail service you already use.
The address is [email protected]. An email can include your name, your email address, and whatever you chose to write. Those details are used to read and answer you. They are not copied into the apps, not attached to the unique id, and not shared with other users of the product.
Please write only what you are willing to send to SENSE ADVISORS LTD. We keep correspondence so we can reply and so we can remember what was asked. We do not turn that correspondence into an in-app profile, and we do not feed it to the assistant as a memory of you.
Changes
This note is effective October 2026. If the practice changes, the note changes with it. The date at the top is the date of the text you are reading. A revised note replaces this one for use after its own date. The apps will point at the note that is current. Continued use after that point means the revised note is the one that applies.
We do not rewrite history inside an old copy. If you saved this page, check the date against the page on the site before you rely on a detail that may have moved.
