The agreement
These terms cover the mobile apps and this website from SENSE ADVISORS LTD. By installing an app or by using the site, you take these terms and the privacy note together. If you do not accept them, do not use the apps and do not send a message through the contact page.
The developer is SENSE ADVISORS LTD. That is the name you write to if something in the product needs an answer from a person. The in-app assistant is not that person, and a reply from the assistant is not a change to these terms.
The work
The studio makes mobile apps for iOS and for Android. Every product is made for both platforms. The work runs through behavior, design, build, testing, release, and updates. A release on one store can be delayed by that store’s review. The delay does not split the product into two different promises. The behavior on both slopes stays the one that was surveyed.
The apps are software for the tasks described in the product itself. They are not a consultancy, not a clinic, and not a desk that gives professional advice. Nothing on this website is a promise of a particular commercial result, a download figure, or a ranking.
Acceptable use
Use the apps for the tasks they offer. Do not try to break, probe, overload, or reverse them in order to reach another user’s session, the unique id of someone else, or the services that sit behind attribution and push. Do not use the apps to harm another person, to send unlawful material, or to pretend that the assistant is a human at the studio.
Do not upload another person’s private material, and do not use the assistant as a place to store passwords, payment numbers, or identity documents. The product is not a vault. If a use puts other people, the stores, or the studio at risk, the developer may refuse that use and may withdraw the app from a device or a store.
The assistant’s limits
The in-app assistant can talk with users. It is not a human. It is not professional advice, including legal, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for what you decide after reading a reply. Do not treat a fluent answer as a license, a diagnosis, or a plan prepared for you by a qualified person.
What you write is used only to answer you. It is not passed to other users. It is not a message you can address to someone else, and it does not create a shared history that the next person can read. If the assistant is unavailable, the rest of an app may still open. A missing reply is not a breach of a duty to counsel you, because no such duty is offered.
Singular, OneSignal, and the unique id
Attribution uses Singular. Push notifications use OneSignal. The only identifying item the apps use for those two jobs is a unique id. The id is how an install is attributed and how a notification finds the installation. It is not a name, and it is not a handle other users can search.
You may not use the apps to scrape, sell, or republish anything that passes through Singular or OneSignal, and you may not present the unique id as if it identified a person to the public. Those services do the jobs named here. They are not a back door between users.
No profile and no exchange
The apps build no personal profile. They do not ask you for a name, an email address, a phone number, contacts, or a precise location, and they are not a channel where users send personal data to each other. Do not try to turn them into one. If you email the studio, that letter is correspondence with the developer, not an in-app profile and not a message to another user.
The privacy note, effective October 2026, is the longer record of these limits. If this page and that note ever seem to disagree, write to the developer and ask which sentence is current. Do not guess, and do not rely on the assistant to settle the disagreement.
Availability
The apps, the assistant, and this website are provided as they stand. They may be updated, paused, or withdrawn. Stores can reject or delay a build. A phone can be offline. None of that is offered with a promise of uninterrupted service, a response time, or a permanent feature list.
An update may change screens, copy, or the assistant’s limits. When it does, the same change is aimed at both platforms, even if one store publishes it later. You are not owed a particular older version. Keeping an old build after we have shipped a correction is your choice, and it may mean you are outside the contour we currently stand behind.
Changes
These terms are effective October 2026. If they change, the date at the top changes with them, and the new text replaces this one for use after that date. The site will show the current terms. Continued use of an app after a revision is posted means the revised terms apply.
We may correct a typo or a broken link without calling it a new survey of the whole agreement. A change to the assistant’s limits, to the unique id, to Singular, or to OneSignal will be written in the privacy note and, where it affects use, in these terms.
Disputes
A dispute about these terms, the apps, the assistant, or the website is raised by writing to the developer. Do not raise it with the assistant, and do not raise it by trying to reach another user through the product. There is no path there.
Write to SENSE ADVISORS LTD and describe what happened, which platform you used, and what you want done. Correspondence is how a dispute is addressed. The contact page opens your mail client and does not file the dispute on a server of this website.
The address is [email protected]. Give us enough detail to find the issue. We will reply to the address you wrote from. If you do not accept that a dispute is handled by writing to the developer, do not use the apps.
